- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving items weighing 50 pounds or more repeatedly.
- Ownership of reliable personal transportation to travel between job sites.
- Smartphone with a functioning camera for use with company’s assembly and invoicing app.
- Personal set of tools, including (but not limited to) an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow assembly instructions accurately.
- Mechanically inclined and enjoys hands-on assembly work.
- Highly reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
- Self-motivated to maximize earnings through efficient and correct assembly practices.
- Comfortable working independently within retail environments.
- Adaptable to new products and willing to learn assembly procedures for a wide variety of items.
- Excellent communicator, able to use technology for check-ins and reporting completion of assignments.
- No formal experience required, but prior experience in assembly, construction, or similar hands-on roles is beneficial.
