Duties & Responsibilities
- Assembling a variety of large products such as BBQ grills, patio furniture, bicycles, lawn mowers, and outdoor storage sheds inside major retail stores.
- Ensuring each item is constructed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Managing and updating work availability through an online scheduling system.
- Using a smartphone for scanning items, capturing assembly photos, and submitting invoices through a company app.
- Transporting personal tools to various job sites and maintaining them in good working order.
- Adhering to safety standards and store policies while performing assembly tasks on location.
- Demonstrating punctuality by checking in on time at assigned locations to qualify for higher pay rates.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving items weighing 50 pounds or more repeatedly.
- Ownership of reliable personal transportation to travel between job sites.
- Smartphone with a functioning camera for use with company’s assembly and invoicing app.
- Personal set of tools, including (but not limited to) an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow assembly instructions accurately.
