Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble products such as BBQ grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, outdoor power equipment, storage sheds, bikes, and more according to manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines.
- Ensure all assemblies are completed efficiently, correctly, and on time to meet store and company standards.
- Utilize personal tools including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Document completed assemblies using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing through the company’s app.
- Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively while on-site at various retail store locations.
- Prioritize punctuality and reliability to maximize earnings through higher commission rates and more assignments.

- Physically capable of repeatedly lifting 50+ lbs and handling large-item assembly tasks.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel between retail locations as needed.

- Ownership of required tools, including power and hand tools as specified.
- No formal assembly experience required, but mechanical aptitude is essential.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability are critical to success in this role.
