As an Assembly Technician, you will assemble a wide range of high-demand retail products such as BBQ grills, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, storage sheds, bicycles, and other large merchandise. The work is performed inside major retail stores, providing variety and the opportunity to work with different products each day. Your role is essential in ensuring that customers receive expertly assembled products ready for immediate use.

Applicants for the Assembly Technician position must meet several requirements to ensure safety and quality. You must be at least 18 years old, physically capable of repeatedly lifting items weighing over 50 lbs, and possess reliable personal transportation. A smartphone with a working camera is necessary for documentation and communication via the company’s app. In addition, you should own and maintain a set of essential tools including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, an adjustable wrench, a box cutter or utility knife, and a rubber mallet. Mechanical aptitude is important for this role, but formal experience is not required.
