This position offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to control your own availability and work hours. You will have the ability to self-schedule, blocking off days and times that suit your personal needs. As an Assembly Technician, you will be paid weekly and benefit from automated percentage increases based on your performance. Technicians who consistently show up on time, complete high volumes of quality work, and maintain reliability will gain access to priority job assignments and higher-volume stores. The more efficiently and accurately you assemble, the greater your earning potential, with no cap on how much you can make.
