As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling products such as BBQ grills, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, bicycles, and similar large items. Your work will ensure that customers can enjoy fully assembled products, enhancing their shopping experience and supporting the reputation of the stores you serve. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on tasks, problem-solving, and working independently.
This position offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to control your own availability and work hours. You will have the ability to self-schedule, blocking off days and times that suit your personal needs. As an Assembly Technician, you will be paid weekly and benefit from automated percentage increases based on your performance. Technicians who consistently show up on time, complete high volumes of quality work, and maintain reliability will gain access to priority job assignments and higher-volume stores. The more efficiently and accurately you assemble, the greater your earning potential, with no cap on how much you can make.

To be successful as an Assembly Technician, you must meet all the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be physically able to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly and manage large-item assembly
- Have reliable personal transportation to travel to job sites
- Own a smartphone with a working camera, as you will use it for photos, scanning, and invoicing through the company app
- Possess your own set of tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet
No formal experience is required to apply as an Assembly Technician, but you must be mechanically inclined and ready to take on the challenge of assembling a wide variety of products.
