Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a variety of retail products including BBQ grills, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, storage sheds, and bicycles.
- Follow assembly instructions to ensure all products meet company and client standards.
- Utilize personal hand and power tools to complete builds efficiently and accurately.
- Document completed assemblies using a smartphone application, including photos and scanning for invoicing.
- Manage personal schedule through a self-service platform to select assignments and block availability.
- Arrive punctually at assigned locations and complete assemblies within specified timeframes.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and safety throughout all tasks.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and company management as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly and working with large product assemblies.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel to and from retail locations as required.
- Smartphone with a functional camera for documentation and communication within company app.
- Ownership of essential assembly tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Demonstrated mechanical ability and readiness to work efficiently and accurately.
