Duties & Responsibilities
- Efficiently assemble various retail products according to company and manufacturer specifications.
- Ensure all assembled merchandise meets quality and safety standards before customer use.
- Document completed assemblies with photos and scan/invoice items using a smartphone application.
- Arrive on time for scheduled assignments and complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Utilize personal tools, including a cordless impact driver or drill, socket sets, pliers, screwdrivers, wrenches, box cutter, and mallet.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in retail stores.
- Communicate effectively with store management and company support teams as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures throughout the assembly process.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically able to lift and maneuver items weighing 50 lbs or more repeatedly.
- Reliable personal transportation for travel between job sites as required.
- Smartphone with working camera for documentation and invoicing.
- Ownership of necessary tools: 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
