Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble products such as BBQ grills, patio furniture, power equipment, and bikes according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Ensure all assembled products meet quality and safety requirements before completion.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing via a dedicated app.
- Transport tools and supplies to job sites using reliable personal transportation.
- Demonstrate punctuality by checking in on time for each assignment, which can increase your pay rate.
- Exhibit efficiency and professionalism in every job, handling multiple products and adapting to new assembly tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving products weighing 50 pounds or more repeatedly.
- Ownership of reliable personal transportation for travel between job sites.
- Smartphone with a functioning camera to support work documentation and invoicing.
- Possession of essential assembly tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and manufacturer assembly guidelines.
- Strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and eagerness to learn new assembly tasks.
