As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for the efficient and precise assembly of a variety of high-demand retail products. This includes, but is not limited to, BBQ grills, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, bicycles, and similar large-item assemblies. Assembly Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a wide range of retail products, including outdoor equipment, furniture, and bicycles, according to manufacturer specifications.
- Ensure all products are safely and securely constructed, meeting quality and safety standards.
- Document completed work using a smartphone app for photos, scanning, and invoicing.
- Arrive promptly at assigned locations and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Organize tools and workspace for efficiency and safety.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and team supervisors as needed.
- Handle large items and lift products weighing 50 pounds or more as required.
- Follow all company protocols and guidelines for assembly and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically able to repeatedly lift and maneuver 50+ lbs.
- Reliable personal transportation to and from job sites.
- Smartphone with working camera for documentation and app usage.
- Ownership of necessary tools: 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, rubber mallet.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow detailed assembly instructions.
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability.
