Assembly Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a variety of retail products such as BBQ grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, bikes, outdoor storage sheds, and power equipment.
- Ensure all products are built accurately, efficiently, and safely according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
- Use personal tools and equipment, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Document completed work using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing through the company app.
- Maintain punctuality by checking in on time at job sites and adhering to scheduled appointments.
- Demonstrate reliability by consistently showing up for assignments and maintaining a high standard of quality workmanship.
- Prioritize safety and follow all company policies and procedures during assembly tasks.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive pay structure with no cap on earnings; average pay of $20 per hour with top performers reaching the equivalent of $60 per hour.
- Weekly pay for all completed assignments.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and handle large-item assembly.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel between assignments.
- Smartphone with a working camera for documentation and invoicing.
- Ownership of essential assembly tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic.
