Assembly Technician - Summary
- Responsible for assembling a range of retail products inside major stores.
- Work with items such as grills, lawn mowers, outdoor furniture, wheelbarrows, storage sheds, and bicycles.
- Set your own schedule and manage availability through our system.
- Performance-driven earnings with no cap on potential pay.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately assemble retail products on-site at partner stores.
- Handle large-item builds and ensure all assemblies meet quality and safety standards.
- Utilize personal tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, sockets, pliers, screwdrivers, and other essential assembly tools.
- Document completed work using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing through our app.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability by arriving on time for each scheduled assignment.
- Adapt to a variety of daily assembly tasks, ensuring no two days are the same.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing efficient and professional assembly.
Salary & Benefits

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical ability to regularly lift 50 lbs or more and assemble large items.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel to various store locations as needed.
- Ownership of a smartphone with a functioning camera for documentation and app use.
- Possession of essential assembly tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined and able to follow assembly instructions accurately.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality for all scheduled jobs.
