Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a variety of products on-site at retail locations, following manufacturer instructions and safety protocols.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of each assembly assignment.
- Use personal tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, various screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Document completed assemblies using a smartphone app for photos, scanning, and invoicing.
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability by checking in on time and consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
- Deliver quality workmanship on every assignment, ensuring customer satisfaction and product readiness.
- Manage your schedule and availability using the company’s self-scheduling system.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly and handling large-item assembly.
- Reliable personal transportation is required for traveling to assignment locations.
- Smartphone with active camera functionality for completing required documentation, scanning, and invoicing tasks.
- Ownership of required assembly tools, including but not limited to an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to follow assembly instructions and work independently.
