Assembly Technician - Summary
- Assemble a range of retail products including BBQ grills, lawn mowers, outdoor equipment, furniture, and bikes.
- Work inside major retail locations, ensuring products are built efficiently and accurately.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Efficiently assemble a variety of large-item retail products according to manufacturer specifications.
- Ensure high standards of safety, accuracy, and quality in every build.
- Check in on time at assigned locations and maintain consistent reliability.
- Utilize personal tools and equipment, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Document completed work using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing through the company app.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and company coordinators as needed.
- Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and assembly instructions.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company positively in retail environments.

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically able to lift and handle items weighing 50 lbs or more repeatedly.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel between retail locations as needed.

- Mechanically inclined and able to follow detailed assembly instructions.
