Assembly Technician - Summary- Assemble a range of retail products including BBQ grills, lawn mowers, outdoor equipment, furniture, and bikes.
- Work inside major retail locations, ensuring products are built efficiently and accurately.
- Manage your own schedule with the ability to self-schedule and control your working hours.
- Maximize earnings through performance-based pay and incentives for quality workmanship.

- Utilize personal tools and equipment, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Document completed work using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing through the company app.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and company coordinators as needed.
- Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and assembly instructions.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company positively in retail environments.
