Your primary focus will be on assembling products efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner, contributing to the in-store customer experience by ensuring products are ready for purchase and use.

Possession of your own set of tools—including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, utility knife, and rubber mallet—is essential for success in this role.
This position is performance-based, with earnings directly tied to the number of items assembled and the quality of work delivered. Technicians who consistently check in on time, maintain high standards of quality, and efficiently complete assignments are eligible for increased commission rates and priority access to new assignments in high-volume retail stores.
