Assembly Technician positions are available for individuals seeking a dynamic, hands-on role in the retail assembly industry. As an Assembly Technician, you will play an essential role in putting together a wide variety of high-demand retail products within major retail locations. This opportunity is ideal for those who are mechanically inclined, motivated, and enjoy a fast-paced environment with the potential for high earnings based on performance.

As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling merchandise such as BBQ grills, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, bicycles, and other large items directly on-site at retail stores. Your primary focus will be on assembling products efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner, contributing to the in-store customer experience by ensuring products are ready for purchase and use.

Our company values self-motivation, reliability, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Assembly Technicians have the flexibility to control their schedules, providing an ideal balance between earning potential and personal availability. The role offers weekly pay and a commission-based system that rewards productivity, punctuality, and consistency. Technicians who deliver high-quality work and meet performance benchmarks gain access to more assignments and higher-paying opportunities.

As an Assembly Technician, you will need to be physically capable of lifting and moving items weighing 50 pounds or more on a repetitive basis. You will also require a reliable means of transportation to travel to assigned retail locations and a smartphone with a functional camera to document completed assemblies, scan barcodes, and submit invoices using our mobile application. Possession of your own set of tools—including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, utility knife, and rubber mallet—is essential for success in this role.

This position is performance-based, with earnings directly tied to the number of items assembled and the quality of work delivered. Technicians who consistently check in on time, maintain high standards of quality, and efficiently complete assignments are eligible for increased commission rates and priority access to new assignments in high-volume retail stores. The work environment offers daily variety, as every assignment may involve different products and store locations.
