Assembly Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Efficiently assemble a wide range of retail products, following manufacturer instructions and store requirements.
- Ensure each build is completed accurately, safely, and on time.
- Utilize your own tools (such as cordless impact driver/drill, sockets, pliers, screwdrivers, and other hand tools) to assemble products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within each store location.
- Communicate with store staff and customers in a professional manner as needed.
- Document completed assemblies using a smartphone app for invoicing, quality assurance, and proof of completion.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines throughout each assignment.
- Demonstrate punctuality by checking in on time to maximize commission rates.
- Consistently deliver reliable, high-quality workmanship to earn more assignments and better opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs and handle large-item assembly tasks.
- Ownership of reliable personal transportation to travel between job sites.
- Smartphone with a functional camera for app-based documentation and invoicing.
- Ownership of basic assembly tools, including (but not limited to): 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and maintain high-quality standards.
- Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
