Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble products including BBQ grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, storage sheds, and bicycles in major retail stores
- Ensure all assemblies are completed accurately, safely, and in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Utilize personal hand and power tools to complete builds efficiently
- Document completed work using a smartphone app, including taking photos and submitting invoices
- Adhere to scheduled check-ins and maintain punctuality for all assignments
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Communicate professionally with store personnel and company management as needed
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly assembly targets to maximize earning potential

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Physically capable of repeatedly lifting 50+ lbs and handling large-item assembly
- Reliable access to personal transportation
- Ownership of a smartphone with a working camera for documentation and app-based invoicing
- Possession of necessary tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s own schedule and assignments
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Mechanically inclined, with a basic understanding of product assembly
