- Assemble products such as grills, patio furniture, bikes, and outdoor equipment at major retail stores
- Flexible, self-managed scheduling and performance-based earnings

- Accurately follow assembly instructions and product specifications to ensure correct builds

- Smartphone with a working camera for documentation and app use
- Personal toolkit including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, utility knife, and rubber mallet
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a readiness to learn on the job
