As an Assembly Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assembling a wide range of retail products, including outdoor equipment and furniture, according to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
- Ensuring all assembled items meet quality requirements and are completed efficiently within specified timeframes.
- Utilizing your own set of tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Using your smartphone for photo documentation, scanning, and invoicing through our proprietary app.
- Maintaining a professional attitude and appearance while working inside major retail stores.
- Meeting all physical requirements, including repeatedly lifting and maneuvering items weighing 50+ lbs.
- Demonstrating punctuality by checking in on time at job sites for increased commission rates and priority assignment access.
