- Own tools, including: 18V cordless impact driver or drill (preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet
- Mechanically inclined; able to follow assembly instructions accurately
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to maximize earning potential
