Technicians must have reliable personal transportation to travel to various store locations and a smartphone with a camera for work documentation and invoicing using M&C’s proprietary app. Bringing your own set of tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet, is essential for efficient and high-quality assembly.
