Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble large-item retail products such as BBQ grills, patio furniture, outdoor equipment, and bicycles according to manufacturer specifications.
- Utilize personal tools, including cordless drills, metric sockets, screwdrivers, and other assembly equipment to complete tasks efficiently.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines to ensure high-quality results.
- Document completed work using a smartphone application for photos, scanning, and invoicing.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability by checking in and out of assigned job sites as scheduled.
- Demonstrate professionalism and a customer-focused attitude while interacting with store personnel and fellow technicians.
- Adapt to a variety of assembly tasks and locations, ensuring consistent quality and productivity.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving items of 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable personal transportation required for travel to and between job sites.
- Own a smartphone with a working camera for documentation and operational purposes.
- Personal toolkit including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill (highly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to follow assembly instructions accurately.
