As an Assembly Technician, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently and accurately assemble products such as BBQ grills, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, storage sheds, bicycles, and other large retail items. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to consistently deliver quality workmanship. Technicians are expected to provide their own tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet. A smartphone with a working camera is also required for task documentation and communication through the company’s mobile app.
