Assembly Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Efficiently assemble a variety of products, including BBQ grills, outdoor furniture, lawn equipment, bikes, storage sheds, and more.
- Follow all assembly instructions and ensure products are built safely, accurately, and in a timely manner.
- Utilize personal tools such as a cordless impact driver/drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.
- Use a smartphone app for photos, scanning, and invoicing on-site.
- Maintain punctuality by checking in on time and reliably attending assignments.
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and store guidelines while on site.
Salary & Benefits
- Performance-based pay structure with average earnings of $20/hr and top performers achieving up to $60/hr equivalent.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically capable of repeatedly lifting 50+ lbs and handling large-item assemblies.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel between store locations.
- Smartphone with a working camera for use with our app.
- Own set of tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn and adapt to new assembly procedures.
