Assembly Technicians are responsible for constructing products such as BBQ grills, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, bicycles, and other large retail items. This dynamic role offers daily variety and the chance to develop your mechanical skills while working with recognizable brands in retail settings. Reliable transportation and your own set of tools are required, as you will travel to various stores to complete assembly tasks. You will use a smartphone with a working camera to document your progress, scan items, and submit invoices through our proprietary app. With a focus on speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction, your hard work will be rewarded through a performance-based pay structure, with opportunities to increase your commission rates and access higher-volume assignments as you demonstrate reliability and skill.

Assembly Technician - Summary- Contract role for assembling a variety of large retail products in-store
- Opportunities to increase earnings through performance and reliability

- Consistently check in on time and communicate effectively with site managers
- Demonstrate reliability by completing all assigned jobs as scheduled
- Performance-based pay structure; average earnings of $20/hr, with top performers earning up to $60/hr equivalent
- Weekly pay with no cap on earnings
- Automated commission increases based on punctuality, volume, and reliability
- Priority access to additional assignments and higher-volume locations for top performers
- Work close to home with daily job variety
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs and handle large-item assembly
- Reliable personal transportation to travel between retail locations
- Smartphone with a working camera for app-based documentation and invoicing
- Own set of tools including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, utility knife, and rubber mallet
- Mechanically inclined and able to follow detailed instructions
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering quality assembly work
- Strong communication skills and comfortable using technology for job management
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and assembling heavy products
