Assembly Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble products accurately and efficiently according to manufacturer specifications and company guidelines.
- Ensure all assembled items meet established safety and quality standards before final delivery.
- Use personal tools, including a cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, screwdrivers, adjustable wrenches, box cutters, rubber mallets, and other essential hand tools.
- Document work by taking photos, scanning barcodes, and submitting invoices via a smartphone application.
- Maintain punctuality by checking in on time at each job site and adhering to assigned work schedules.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and team coordinators as needed.
- Prioritize safety, cleanliness, and organization at every assembly site.
- Adapt to a variety of assembly tasks and environments, providing flexibility and responsiveness to customer needs.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds repeatedly and performing large-item assembly tasks.
- Reliable personal transportation for travel to and from job sites.
- Smartphone with a working camera to support documentation and invoicing requirements.
- Possession of essential tools: 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to produce quality results.
- Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and maintaining a professional presence at all times.
