Assembly Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a variety of retail products including grills, patio sets, lawn mowers, bikes, sheds, and other large items onsite at partner retail stores.
- Follow product instructions and company guidelines to ensure correct, safe, and efficient assembly.
- Use your own tools and a smartphone for required tasks such as taking photos, scanning, and invoicing through the company app.
- Check in and out on time at assigned locations to maximize commission opportunities.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and meet daily and weekly assembly targets.
- Communicate effectively with store staff and company coordinators as needed.
Salary & Benefits
- Performance-based compensation with no earning cap: average $20/hr, with top performers earning up to $60/hr equivalent.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting and maneuvering items weighing 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Own reliable personal transportation to reach multiple retail store sites.
- Possess a smartphone with a working camera for app-based tasks.
- Have necessary tools: 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined and able to follow detailed assembly instructions.
