As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for professionally assembling a variety of high-demand retail products directly inside major retail stores. Assignments may include putting together BBQ grills, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture sets, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, bicycles, and other large-item merchandise. This role offers a performance-driven compensation structure, allowing motivated individuals to increase their earnings through productivity and reliability.

To qualify for the Assembly Technician role, candidates must meet the following requirements. You must be at least 18 years of age and physically capable of lifting 50 pounds or more repeatedly, as the job involves handling and assembling large items. Reliable personal transportation is essential to access various store locations as assignments become available. A smartphone with a working camera is required for job-related photos, scanning, and invoicing via our proprietary app. Additionally, all Assembly Technicians must supply their own set of essential tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, an adjustable wrench, box cutter or utility knife, and a rubber mallet.
