Assembly Technicians are responsible for assembling items such as BBQ grills, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture sets, wheelbarrows, storage sheds, bicycles, and other large retail products. The work involves assembling merchandise safely and accurately to ensure products meet quality standards and are ready for customer use. Reliable transportation and a smartphone with a working camera are also necessary, as these are used for job tracking, invoicing, and communication through the company’s mobile application.
This position is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old, able to handle repeated lifting of 50+ lbs, and who are committed to delivering quality work on time. While no formal assembly experience is required, a mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
