- Ownership of essential tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet
- Smartphone with working camera for documentation and app use
- Strong mechanical aptitude; ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Mechanically inclined and enjoys hands-on assembly work
