As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling high-demand retail products such as BBQ grills, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, bicycles, and similar large items. The role offers a dynamic experience every day, as you will be working in various retail environments and encountering new assembly challenges. If you are at least 18 years old, physically capable of lifting 50 pounds or more repeatedly, and have a reliable mode of transportation, you could be the perfect fit for our team. You must also possess a smartphone with a working camera for job-related documentation via our app and bring your own set of essential tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, an adjustable wrench, a box cutter/utility knife, and a rubber mallet. No formal experience is required; however, a strong mechanical aptitude and a readiness to work are critical to your success in this role.
This is a performance-based opportunity where punctuality and reliability are highly rewarded. You will be paid per piece assembled, with higher commission rates for those who consistently check in on time and maintain high standards of quality and speed.
