Assembly Technician - Summary- Assemble a wide range of retail products in-store for major retailers
- Work independently with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and quality

- Ensure all products are constructed according to safety and manufacturer guidelines
- Follow in-store protocols and represent M&C Assemblies professionally
- Meet productivity goals through efficient and accurate assembly
- Use required tools and personal equipment to complete tasks
- Document completed work using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing through the company app
- Maintain punctuality with on-time check-ins to maximize commission rates
- Communicate proactively with supervisors and team members as needed
- Average earnings of $20 per hour, with top performers reaching $60 per hour equivalent
- No cap on earnings; pay is based on the number of products assembled

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Personal, reliable transportation required

- Own a set of basic assembly tools: 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, rubber mallet
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable handling large-item assembly
- Punctual, reliable, and able to consistently meet deadlines
- No formal assembly experience required
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrates a high level of craftsmanship and care in assembly work
