To succeed as an Assembly Technician, you must meet all requirements, including being at least 18 years old, physically able to lift items weighing over 50 pounds, and possessing reliable transportation. A smartphone with a working camera is essential for task management and documentation. Candidates must provide their own tools, such as an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen or hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.
