Are you mechanically inclined and interested in a hands-on role where your skill and efficiency directly impact your earnings? We are seeking dedicated Assembly Technicians to join the nation’s leading in-store assembly company. As an Assembly Technician, you will assemble a wide variety of in-demand retail products, such as BBQ grills, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, and bicycles. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working independently inside major retail stores.

As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling large-item merchandise efficiently and accurately, ensuring products are safe and ready for customer use. This role is best suited for individuals who can manage their own schedules, are motivated by performance-based pay, and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. You will have the flexibility to self-schedule your assignments, giving you control over your workdays and helping you maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Your responsibilities will include assembling products according to manufacturer specifications, using your own tools and a smartphone for required documentation, including photos, scanning, and invoicing through our proprietary app. Consistency, punctuality, and reliability are highly valued, as they lead to increased pay rates and priority access to more assignments and higher-volume stores. The more assignments you complete efficiently, the greater your earning potential—top performers can earn significantly above the average hourly rate.

Our company values technicians who show up on time, complete their work with speed and quality, and maintain a strong attendance record. In return, you’ll enjoy weekly pay and automated commission increases that reward high performance, reliability, and volume. The role provides a unique opportunity for those who want to work close to home, with new challenges and product types each day, ensuring your work environment is always dynamic and engaging.

To succeed as an Assembly Technician, you must meet all requirements, including being at least 18 years old, physically able to lift items weighing over 50 pounds, and possessing reliable transportation. A smartphone with a working camera is essential for task management and documentation. Candidates must provide their own tools, such as an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen or hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.

This position offers a pay structure based on the number of pieces assembled, directly rewarding your productivity and commitment. If you are a proactive, mechanically inclined individual ready for a role where your efforts are recognized and compensated, we encourage you to apply today by clicking the application button.
