As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling products such as BBQ grills, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, storage sheds, bicycles, and other large retail items. Your work will directly impact the store's ability to provide ready-to-use merchandise for customers, making you a valuable contributor to the retail experience. A smartphone with a functioning camera is necessary for work documentation and communication via the company’s app. Technicians are expected to supply their own tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter or utility knife, and a rubber mallet.
No formal assembly experience is required, but candidates must be mechanically inclined and prepared to work in a fast-paced environment.
