As part of the Assembly Technician team, you will be responsible for ensuring all assemblies comply with strict quality and safety standards. Utilizing your own set of basic tools (including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet), you will complete each assignment efficiently and accurately. The role is physically demanding and requires the ability to repeatedly lift at least 50 lbs while handling large-item assemblies throughout each shift.
Ideal candidates for the Assembly Technician position must be at least 18 years old, possess reliable personal transportation, and own a smartphone with a working camera for job documentation and communication through the company’s app. Mechanical aptitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to punctuality and reliability are essential for success in this role.
