To succeed as an Assembly Technician, you must meet all the required qualifications. You must be at least 18 years old and physically capable of lifting items weighing 50 pounds or more, repeatedly, throughout your shift. Personal transportation is necessary to travel to and between job sites. Additionally, you must have a smartphone with a working camera for documentation, scanning, and invoicing through M&C’s proprietary app. Bringing your own tools is essential, with a strong preference for an 18V cordless impact driver or drill. Other required tools include deep metric sockets, Allen and hex bit sets, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, an adjustable wrench, a box cutter or utility knife, and a rubber mallet.

Assembly Technicians who consistently arrive on time, avoid no-shows, and deliver quality workmanship are compensated with higher commission rates and more frequent assignments.
