As an Assembly Technician, you'll work inside prominent retail locations, assembling a wide variety of large-item products such as BBQ grills, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, and bicycles. Assembly Technician - Summary
- Assemble a variety of retail products inside major store locations, ensuring items are properly and safely constructed for display and purchase.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble merchandise such as grills, lawn mowers, furniture, outdoor equipment, storage sheds, and bicycles inside retail store environments.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions and safety guidelines to ensure products are built correctly and securely.
- Utilize your own set of tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, metric sockets, Allen/hex bits, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Upload completion photos, scan barcodes, and submit invoices using a smartphone app for seamless job tracking and payment processing.
- Maintain a punctual and reliable presence at assigned job sites, consistently checking in on time for increased earning opportunities.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly assembly targets, maximizing commission potential through volume and quality work.
- Adapt to changing tasks and product types, providing assembly expertise across a diverse range of merchandise.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving items weighing 50 pounds or more on a repetitive basis.
- Ownership of reliable personal transportation to travel between job sites as assigned.
- Smartphone with camera functionality for documentation, scanning, and job management via the company app.
- Personal tool kit with essential assembly tools as listed above.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail—previous professional assembly experience is not required, but the ability to follow instructions and deliver quality results is essential.
