Assembly Technician - Summary
- Assemble a wide range of retail products, including outdoor equipment and furniture, directly inside major stores.
- Work independently with flexible scheduling and uncapped earning potential based on performance.
- Utilize your mechanical skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality assembly and customer satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Efficiently assemble large-item retail merchandise according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Arrive on time and check in at assigned store locations.
- Use personal tools, including cordless impact driver or drill, metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.
- Document completed assemblies with photos and submit via mobile app for invoicing.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and report any product or assembly issues promptly.
- Manage your schedule and availability through our self-serve system.
