Join a growing industry as an Assembly Technician and play a vital role in ensuring that high-demand retail merchandise is assembled efficiently and accurately. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for constructing products such as BBQ grills, patio furniture, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, wheelbarrows, storage sheds, and bicycles directly inside major retail locations. This position is open to hardworking, reliable individuals who are ready to take on a dynamic and hands-on role in a fast-paced environment.

As an Assembly Technician, you will have the opportunity to self-schedule your work, giving you the flexibility to balance your professional and personal commitments. Your earning potential is directly tied to your performance and efficiency, with top performers earning substantially more through piece-rate pay and performance-based incentives. This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy building, problem-solving, and working independently in a variety of retail environments.

Assembly Technicians benefit from a supportive company culture that prioritizes reliability, speed, and high-quality workmanship. If you possess a strong work ethic, have excellent time management skills, and are motivated by the opportunity to increase your earnings based on your output, this role could be the perfect fit for you. The company values punctuality and reliability, rewarding those who consistently meet expectations with more assignments and access to higher-volume stores.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and physically able to handle repetitive lifting of items weighing 50 pounds or more. Reliable personal transportation is required, as well as a smartphone equipped with a working camera for documentation and invoicing purposes. Candidates must also supply their own tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric socket set, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet. Mechanical aptitude is essential, though no formal experience is required; training and support are provided to ensure your success as an Assembly Technician.

In addition to competitive pay, Assembly Technicians enjoy weekly compensation, automated performance-based pay increases, and priority access to jobs for those who demonstrate reliability and high-quality output. The work environment offers daily variety, with no two days or assembly jobs being exactly alike. You will work in familiar retail locations, providing essential services that enhance the customer experience by ensuring products are professionally assembled and ready for use.
