Assembly Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble products such as BBQ grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, outdoor storage sheds, bicycles, and similar items inside retail stores
- Ensure all assembled merchandise meets quality and safety standards
- Follow instructions and guidelines for correct and efficient assembly
- Use personal tools to complete assembly tasks (cordless impact driver/drill, metric sockets, Allen/hex bits, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, rubber mallet)
- Lift and maneuver products weighing 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Document completed work using a smartphone app for photos, scanning, and invoicing
- Maintain punctuality and reliability for all scheduled assignments
- Deliver high-quality workmanship that meets company and client expectations
