Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble products such as BBQ grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, outdoor equipment, and bicycles accurately and efficiently
- Use personal tools to complete assembly tasks, ensuring all items meet safety and quality standards
- Check in on time at job sites and document work using a smartphone app for photos, scanning, and invoicing
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail in every assignment
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and follow company procedures for each assembly task

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and handle large-item assembly
- Reliable personal transportation required
- Smartphone with working camera (for documentation and invoicing)
- Personal tool set including: 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, rubber mallet
- Mechanically inclined; no formal experience required but must demonstrate readiness to work
