Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a variety of retail merchandise, including BBQ grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, storage sheds, and bicycles, according to manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines.
- Ensure all assembled products meet quality standards and are completed within designated timeframes.
- Communicate with store personnel as needed to coordinate assembly tasks.
- Utilize personal tools and equipment, including cordless impact drivers, metric sockets, Allen/hex bits, pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrenches, utility knives, and rubber mallets.
- Use a smartphone to document completed assemblies, and handle scanning and invoicing through company apps.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability by checking in on time and completing assignments without no-shows.
- Adhere to all workplace safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Reliable personal transportation required.
- Possession of a smartphone with a working camera for job documentation and communication.
- Ownership of essential tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill (preferred), metric sockets, Allen/hex bits, pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined and capable of interpreting assembly instructions.
