Assembly Technician positions are available with M&C, the nation's largest in-store assembly company. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a vital role in helping major retail stores deliver fully assembled merchandise to their customers. This opportunity is ideal for those who are hands-on, mechanically inclined, and ready to take on the challenge of assembling a wide range of high-demand retail products. With M&C's reputation for efficiency and quality, Assembly Technicians are trusted to build products such as BBQ grills, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, storage sheds, and bikes directly in retail environments.
If you are seeking a flexible, performance-driven role where your earnings are determined by your efficiency and diligence, this Assembly Technician opportunity is for you. As a member of the M&C team, you can set your own schedule and enjoy weekly pay. The more you assemble, and the better your performance, the greater your earning potential. Top-performing Assembly Technicians are rewarded with access to higher-volume assignments, and there is no cap on the amount you can earn.
Technicians appreciate the autonomy of self-scheduling, allowing them to systematically block out their availability and maintain control over their work hours. The job provides variety, with new challenges every day, as you work on different products in familiar retail environments. M&C’s automated performance reward system ensures that reliable, quality-focused, and punctual Assembly Technicians receive higher commission rates and priority access to the best assignments.
To succeed as an Assembly Technician, you must be at least 18 years old, physically capable of repeatedly lifting over 50 pounds, and able to handle the physical demands of large-item assembly. Reliable personal transportation is required, as is a smartphone with a working camera for job documentation and invoicing through M&C’s app. You will also need to supply your own tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter or utility knife, and a rubber mallet.
Key traits rewarded in this role include punctuality, reliability, speed, and a commitment to quality workmanship. There is no requirement for formal assembly experience, but you must be mechanically inclined and ready to deliver professional results. Compensation is based on the number of pieces assembled, so efficient work will directly impact your take-home pay. Those who consistently demonstrate reliability and high-quality output will receive more assignments and opportunities to work at higher-volume retail locations.
As an Assembly Technician, you will join a team that values dedication and rewards effort. If you are ready to take control of your work schedule, maximize your earnings, and enjoy the satisfaction of building products that customers rely on every day, click the job application button to apply now and start your journey with M&C.
