Reliable personal transportation is required, as is a smartphone with a working camera for job documentation and invoicing through M&C’s app. You will also need to supply your own tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter or utility knife, and a rubber mallet.
