Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble merchandise such as grills, power equipment, patio sets, bikes, and storage units on-site at retail locations.
- Follow all manufacturer instructions and company guidelines to ensure precise, safe, and efficient assembly.
- Use a smartphone app to document completed work, scan barcodes, and submit invoices and photos for verification.
- Maintain punctuality by checking in on time at each job site, which may increase commission rates.
- Transport tools and assembled merchandise as needed, ensuring all assemblies are completed on schedule.
- Communicate professionally with store personnel and company supervisors as needed.
- Prioritize safety and quality in every assembly assignment.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and manage large-item assemblies.
- Dependable personal transportation to travel to job sites.
- Smartphone with a working camera for documentation, scanning, and invoicing through company app.
- Ownership of essential tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined, with an ability to follow detailed assembly instructions.
