Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble retail products such as grills, lawn equipment, patio furniture, bikes, and storage solutions inside store locations.
- Ensure all assemblies meet quality and safety standards as per manufacturer instructions.
- Document completed work using a smartphone application for photos, scanning, and invoicing.
- Manage time efficiently to maximize productivity and earnings.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and positive relationships with store personnel and customers.
- Utilize personal set of hand and power tools for assembly tasks, including cordless impact drivers or drills, metric sockets, Allen/hex bit sets, pliers, screwdrivers, wrenches, utility knives, and rubber mallets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines during assembly projects.

- Ownership of necessary assembly tools, with preference for an 18V cordless impact driver or drill and associated hand tools.
