To be considered for the Assembly Technician position, you must meet the following requirements: be at least 18 years old, physically capable of lifting and handling items weighing 50 pounds or more, possess reliable transportation, and own a smartphone with a working camera for app-based workflow. You must also supply your own basic tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen or hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, an adjustable wrench, a box cutter or utility knife, and a rubber mallet.

No formal experience is required; however, a strong mechanical aptitude and a readiness to work are essential.
