Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble products such as BBQ grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, and bicycles in retail environments.
- Ensure all assemblies are completed accurately, efficiently, and to high quality standards.
- Use your own tools and reliable transportation to travel to assigned retail locations.
- Follow assembly instructions and safety protocols for each product.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and team members as needed.
- Use a smartphone for job management, invoicing, scanning barcodes, and submitting photos of completed work.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability by checking in on time and completing assignments as scheduled.

Salary & Benefits

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds or more.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel between job sites.
- Smartphone with a functional camera for job documentation and communication.
- Ownership of required tools: 18V cordless impact driver or drill (preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn assembly procedures.
