Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble products such as BBQ grills, patio furniture, lawn mowers, outdoor storage units, bicycles, and similar large items within retail stores.
- Ensure all products are assembled efficiently, accurately, and according to manufacturer specifications.
- Check-in on time at job sites and document completed work via smartphone app.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace within each retail environment.
- Utilize personal tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and M&C management as needed.
- Meet daily and weekly assembly quotas to maximize earnings.
- Demonstrate reliability by consistently attending scheduled jobs and never missing assignments.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years required.
- Physical ability to lift and handle items weighing 50 pounds or more, repeatedly.
- Possession of reliable personal transportation for commuting between store locations.
- Ownership of a smartphone with a working camera for documentation, scanning, and invoicing through the company app.
- Personal set of basic tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to follow assembly instructions and maintain high quality standards.
- No formal experience required; training and support provided for the right candidates.
