Assembly Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble products such as BBQ grills, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, bikes, and storage sheds on-site at retail locations.
- Follow assembly instructions and safety guidelines to ensure all products are constructed correctly and securely.
- Maintain a high level of productivity, focusing on both speed and quality workmanship.
- Use a smartphone to document completed assemblies, scan items, and manage invoices via the company app.
- Provide excellent service to retail partners by arriving on time and completing assignments as scheduled.
- Utilize personal tools, including a cordless impact driver or drill, metric socket set, Allen/hex bits, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards while on the job site.
Salary & Benefits
- Performance-based compensation model with average earnings of $20/hr and top performers earning up to $60/hr equivalent.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly and handling large-item assembly.
- Reliable personal transportation for traveling between retail locations.
- Smartphone with a functional camera for documenting work and using the company’s app.
- Ownership of essential tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill (preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter or utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn and follow assembly instructions.
