Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble retail products in-store according to manufacturer instructions and company standards.
- Ensure all builds are completed accurately, safely, and within the designated timeframe.
- Use personal tools and equipment (including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet) to complete assemblies.
- Document completed work using a smartphone app for photographs, scanning, and invoicing.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability for all scheduled assignments.
- Achieve high-quality workmanship and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and adhere to all store policies and procedures.
- Handle and lift large or heavy products (50+ lbs) as required for assembly tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving products weighing 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Possess reliable personal transportation to travel to retail locations.
- Own a smartphone with a functioning camera for documentation and invoicing.
- Supply your own essential tools as specified: 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.
- No formal experience required, but mechanical aptitude and readiness to work are essential.
