Duties & Responsibilities
- Efficiently assemble a variety of large retail items, including BBQ grills, patio furniture, outdoor equipment, storage sheds, and bicycles within store environments.
- Use personal tools and equipment to complete assemblies accurately and safely.
- Document completed work using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing through a dedicated app.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability to earn higher commission rates and access more assignments.
- Follow safety guidelines and store protocols to ensure all products meet quality standards.
- Interact professionally with store staff and customers as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds repeatedly and assembling large products.
- Must have reliable personal transportation to travel to store locations.
- Ownership of a smartphone with a working camera for documentation and app-based tasks.
- Required to provide your own tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined with a strong attention to detail; formal assembly experience is not required.
