We value punctuality, reliability, and mechanical aptitude. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling large items, requiring both technical skill and physical capability. You must be able to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly and use your own hand and power tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, an Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, an adjustable wrench, a box cutter, and a rubber mallet. A smartphone with a functioning camera is also required, as you’ll use our app for documentation and invoicing.
This role is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old, have reliable transportation, and are ready to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the assignment. No formal assembly experience is required, but a strong mechanical inclination and a can-do attitude are essential. If you demonstrate commitment, speed, and quality in your work, you will have the opportunity to take on more assignments and earn higher commission rates.
